She is also dedicated to providing concierge level service to make the process easy and rewarding.
Lien was selected to join our company due to her extensive background in Communications and Customer Service. She is smart, organized and extremely professional. This combination enables her to function more effectively with our Clients, Lenders, Agents and Title Companies. In addition, she is charged with managing the day to day operations of the office and keeping the office up-to-date on employing the latest technologies. She is also skilled in graphic design, an expert in Photoshop and social media.
