"We chose Mike Roller(Re/Max Realty West) because we knew his company was very active and well known in the Fulshear/Weston Lakes area. We worked closely with Karen Davis, his associate, who was with us throughout the entire process. They not only helped us with the sale of our home but the new one as well. This was a challenging time of trying to downsize, deal with illness, and a change in the housing market. Through it all, they were there to offer assistance, encouragement, understanding, and most of all patience! They guided us through a difficult time and helped us in so many ways to make this a pleasant experience. We would, also, like to mention the project stager, Alicia. She came to our home and gave us valuable advice on what we needed to stage our home for showing. She came out several times to help with furniture arranging and bringing items to really make the house presentable and attractive. Not only did she use her expertise in the house, but she was patient, kind, and understanding-especially, regarding items, we wanted to keep in the home. It looked so nice and uncluttered-amazing! Another individual we really appreciated was Richard. He was so helpful-anything we needed repaired, moved, etc., he was there. Overall experience: Wonderful. Karen was a Godsend and a lovely lady. She was with us from the beginning, to the end, and even afterward. She tolerated our stubbornness and tried to work out all the problems to our satisfaction. Mike kept us informed and with his sense of humor, not so serious all the time. After this experience, we not only gained great realtors, but friends as well.
